It's actually scam. They have existing customer base from whom they already get revenue. They are simply hiring to show to management they are putting efforts to get new business. After 6 months probation period, they remove everyone. I joined in July 2021, along with me some 12 people joined. They removed everyone. Its a complete scam. So if you're ready to waste some 6 months time, you can join.
