It's a very rewarding experience to help low-income Philadelphians, and it's an excellent way to gain some firsthand familiarity with the Pennsylvania state government and its agencies. The office has a strong reputation for top-notch consitutent service for a reason; all staff are very supportive, especially when helping interns complete casework.
