there is no process, employee work in f*ar. 1. No structure, every ch*la Manager here. 2. You can work in a brick factory but not here. 3. They hold salary after resign. 4. Hire and fire is coomon. 5. Management only favors friend or family. 6. Skills not matter they want good behavior, only god knows. 7. No knowledge gain. 8. very less pay. 9.
