Never know when youre going to finish a day on time and if youre going to be chastized for OT. I was with this company for 2 years. And was constantly on edge. The final straw was when I found that I was going to pay 7200 a year for health insurance. Stay away from repair smith if you're anywhere near a decent flat rate technician. Stay away from autonation as a whole for that matter if you want a decent paycheck. FYI Joel is no longer CEO. He stepped down months ago.
