This company is actively being investigated by the FCC. It is public knowledge, that a member of the executive board has an active civil suite against him, describing the myriad of reasons why he did not hold up to his fidutiary responsibilities. Any google search of his name will show record of this. Along with the chief financial officer. Both constantly misused company finances for luxury cars and vacation homes. Upper leadership is constantly downsizing the company to be sold, and is doing research and development on customer vehicles.
