- Product is cool but ultimately really expensive for the niche that it currently sits in - GTM team made some questionable leadership hires/decisions early on which created a toxic culture on the sales team. - Hasn't really found it's place in the market yet, deals will stall out due to lack of compelling events. Ultimately it's still seen as a "nice-to-have" and not a need-to-have. - Core engineers are massively overworked and stressed out - Poorly defined career paths (they are working on this though)
