No HR onboarding or off boarding, you find out policies by making mistakes and asking questions. no clear role or expectations, EVER! the leadership in the company tends to juggle 2-3 different jobs cause people are always leaving, so don’t expect them to get any of those jobs right. No solid foundation for the way things are done, so the question will get turned back to you about what you should feel can be done. And oh! if you do what you think it’s best, it will also be a problem in the long run. they do not give employees they laid off anything. you get your last check and the 401k you had already worked for.
