Reprise in Australia is very separate to the worldwide Reprise. From my understanding we're known as perhaps the strongest offshoot in the world. The culture and management are very straightforward, so it feels like there's minimal 'fluff'. There's a good amount of support and they are focused on retaining talent and developing employees' careers. The team is very diverse, from a variety of backgrounds. Everyone from the youngest to the most senior employees are supportive and great to have a drink with as well. The actual quality of work that the agency produces is top notch and is reflected in the calibre of clients that we have. On top of Reprise, IPG Mediabrands overall provides a great supporting structure. There's an emphasis that if you want to move, you can also choose to explore other areas of the marketing machine that is Mediabrands (media buying, social, data).
