One Repsol is a lie. You've simply pigeonholed Talisman employees into the Repsol machine and cut their benefits significantly. You took away long term incentives and flex vacation days. I now work more for less compensation. Thanks for that. Spanish culture is dominant and only Spanish/South American employees have any type of career path.
