Horrible experience looking elsewhere - Recensione dipendente - Financial Analyst presso Repsol

Pay is very low, 5 yrs contract before hiring perm, no safety measures whatsoever, employees are very unhappy, events to employees only co. picnic for employees only no family allowed for any event, poor management, most employees do not speak English, difficult to communicate w/other employees,caters to ppl from Spain (if you're hispanic you're out of luck)
