They remove benefits slowly, chipping away at value of package. Often no salary increases globally, they dont follow thier own progression model in regards to development and salary increase -Little opportunity for career development in Canada, -Reactive business, plans change constantly, no continuous improvement cycle -Layoffs and organizational change every year (10% - 30% of staff in Canada each year).
