Access to the gym. Some long time wonderful staff that have created a familiar atmosphere. A few great leaders in the mix.

very cliquey, no room for constructive criticism, "don't bother recommending changes to benefit the way things are done, no one wants to hear what you have to say, things here stay exactly the same way" - a coworkers advice, verbatim. they ask their teams/crews for opinions but when you chime in they want you to stay in your lane.
