We are 18-24 months ahead of our closest competitor and our client list includes many of the most well known brands in the world. The culture is fast paced and demanding. Leadership is exceedingly supportive and our CEO is engaged, accessible and always willing to dive in and assist anyone with any project, client call or problem solving challenge.

      Benefits are good however I'd like to see 401k matching. Communication can sometimes be a problem due to rapid growth but that is somewhat typical for this environment.

      *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
