Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
