I have seen a lot of positive changes especially over the past year. The platform has continued to mature and the correct processes have been put in place. Our CEO, Joe Fuca and our executive leadership team are approachable, great to work with and really care about what they do. Joe’s vision for Reputation.com is exciting and I look forward to future of our company.

No company is perfect but Reputation.com has done a good job taking feedback both from public reviews and internal feedback and laying out a plan to make changes. Leadership is always striving to improve.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
