They give decent benefits and provide free lunch a couple times a week, the office is nice, and I love my team members!

You feel like you can never trust management, if you're in any of the fulfillment departments everyone treats you like second class citizens, everyone is overworked, you're expected to take on any work given to you even if you don't have the bandwidth even though they say you can always talk to them about it, if you start as a temp then you probably won't get hired on until after a year or more, they consider themselves a "late stage start-up" so the entire company is an absolute mess.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
