Being a late stage start up tech company, there is a lot of growth and change happening internally. If you are someone who enjoys taking initiative and building something new, there is lot's of opportunity available. The people here are all passionate about the product and building something, and it creates a motivated, excited culture. Leadership is innovative and open to new approaches to solving problems.

Svantaggi

Work life balance can be hard if you don't make efforts to block time for yourself and family. It just takes discipline to be available at all times but not work nonstop. Because of the higher turnover rate (understandably more normal for the industry) things can seem disorganized at times.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
