We regret that you experienced issues with direction, product innovation, and platform stability. These are critical areas, and we are always focused on enhancing our products and internal processes. Communication is also something we take seriously--we've been working to create more cohesive communication across the organization through a variety of ways including consistent global all hands meetings, office hours with Joe, and increased transparency. *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
