We’re glad to hear you valued the leadership of our CEO and CTO, both of whom have brought deep experience which have contributed to building a strong foundation for growth. We also appreciate your concerns about go-to-market execution and customer retention and agree that having the right talent and strategy in place is critical, especially in an evolving enterprise SaaS environment. We’re actively focused on strengthening our GTM approach and ensuring customer success is at the core of how we operate, in fact, we just wrapped up an incredible week at our GTM Rally in Scottsdale, AZ. *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
