Applied online a couple of weeks ago. I received an automatic email saying that I have not been selected. Few days later I received an email asking me to schedule a call. Call went well, the HR lady didn't know anything and couldn't responded even with the most basic questions...hard to believe such unprofessional people do have jobs these days.

Don't both applying they are worthy and will waste your time. Company isn't profitable as they give away their products for free by hoping they will still have customers around after the free period.
