      My team has had good communication skills and since I was the fresh recruit, they helped me to understand the work better and get to know the work culture.

      Very poor management, the team leader was basically illiterate and didn't know basics of how to communicate with the people. No salary payments guarantee, you have to continously bug the HR for the same and finally NO GROWTH! you cannot expect to have any future with the company.

      Dear Ex Employee, It is very sad to hear that you worked with an illiterate TL (who brings more than 2-3 years of rich experience) for more than a year, but we are surprised and appreciate your tolerance level. We really hope that you get a literate manager in your next organization and we also hope that you would not write or comment on anything which is not true for that manager.

      Technically the company has no cons except few people who want to be paid every month against no work delivered.
