He's rarely seen, except when he randomly aggressively decides to micromanage some part of a project. - I was bounced around between line managers a lot. - Management is very poor at taking criticism, and prefers to tone down issues and get rid of those who raise them. - There are major trust issues within the company; management seems almost completely disconnected from the game teams. - When I was experiencing burnout, instead of HR checking in on me or the team in general, I was given disciplinary action. - There is nepotism in the management group; there are individuals who should not have their titles.
