      -extremely high turnover rate -poor base salary, benefits and vacation/sick days -management is very unprofessional with poor leadership skills Basically, during the interview process you will be promised lots of commission, lots of opportunity for growth and a fun work environment. What you will get is a very stressful, harsh and demeaning environment where management is disrespectful and rude. It is standard practice for management to yell, embarrass and talk down to their employees. There is "room for growth" because recruiters don't stay for very long.

      Excellent training with a strong focus on skill enhancement. This is true for both the business development and recruiting sides of the house. Leadership has developed standardized best practices and SOPs based on years of proven results that, if applied, work.       Personally, I have a long commute to the HQ office, but I have been able to make this work for more than eight years now due to the flexible hybrid schedule leadership has put in place based on performance.

      The company has done very well despite the economy and did not have layoffs while almost all companies did during this time. A clear career path with room for promotion.

      Requires hard work and a good attitude to do well here. Hard to do sometimes when you work in the people business.
