Leadership has developed standardized best practices and SOPs based on years of proven results that, if applied, work.       Personally, I have a long commute to the HQ office, but I have been able to make this work for more than eight years now due to the flexible hybrid schedule leadership has put in place based on performance.

      The company has done very well despite the economy and did not have layoffs while almost all companies did during this time. A clear career path with room for promotion.

      Requires hard work and a good attitude to do well here. Hard to do sometimes when you work in the people business.
