Great company for learning, if you have the tenacity to land on your feet when thrown head first into an absolute disaster

- Too many directors, no unified directive - Illegal practices. eg. not allowed to use the bathroom unless on lunch break - Very high stress environment, where everyone works based off their ego rather than their desire to do a good job - Little to no support from upper management, middle management has no support and staff feel this in very negative ways - Poor hiring practices - Very very high turnover - 90% of Technical Team leaves within 2-3 months - Zero professional development

- Amazing culture with colleagues, made friends for life here. - Great learning opportunities - Rose from lvl 1 to lvl 2 support in less than 2 years. - Low level management genuinely cares for you. - Smaller MSP so lots of cross skilling

- Pay compared to other places is pretty low but the exchange is knowledge learnt kinda makes up for it - Weird divide between particular teams that slows down the business - To the minute timesheets (To be fair my manager was pretty relaxed about this but still can be a pain)
