The best part about it is it is not a perimod Sceme at all there is an hourly paid per week and an owner who works harder then ever to make sure his guys are the priority. If your confident enough in yourself and are willing to always be learning it is a good solid place to grow.

Only true con is that later on in management your schedule does have to be somewhat flexable to take advantage fully.
