I feel very supported by my manager and really love working within my team - Lifelong friends have been made here, I was given flexibility to navigate my work through a bereavement without any pressure from the business, The business sent a bouquet of flowers after a significant personal life event, which really makes a difference compared to previous places I have worked where I feel like I am only valued in the 9-5.
