I worked here for 10 years. It was a great company to work for with great people. The leadership was great and the offices were nice with a great work culture.

There really weren't any cons. If anything, it was that it wasn't walking distance to any food options. Occasionally, there was limited parking.

Great benefits, great family atmosphere, owners are involved and friendly with the staff.

Way, way underpaid based on salary.com's median salaries for comp positions. Expectations are set AFTER you've done your work and made a mistake, not before (at least by my boss.) I've never worked so hard for so little.
