- Great pay and very interesting work - Management structure is not complicated, if you want to talk to someone higher up about something, you pretty much always can - Very supportive and diverse environment. Many of the senior management and executive board are women. Personally I began my gender transition here and the CEO herself and all of upper management really was incredibly supportive, I would not be who I am today without these people - The employees really do come first. I had talks with management about how the company would handle financial issues out of my own curiosity. Not only did they sincerely address my inquiries, but each and every measure and plan centered around keeping things stable for employees

- It is work based around contracts so the flow of work can be stressful at points but overall there was always someone to talk to when you needed to meaningfully effect change

If you attain a promotion, your pay will most likely be moved as well. - Some might see this as a con, I see it as a pro but most don't share my thinking so I will put it here; Standard here are extremely high. For what they ask of a senior is something you would find most leaders in the IT field unable to do consistently. You have to be on your A game every day here.
