Medical - 2 options: PPO and HSA options. PPO is $1500 individual/$3000 family deductible; HSA is $3000 individual/$6000 family deductible. Employee monthly costs (PPO/HSA): Employee only $300/$180; Employee & Spouse $800/$500; Employee & Children $640/$370; Employee & Family $1020/$560. Vision and Dental coverage is also available. Vision ranges from $13-35/month, depending on who is enrolled (employee, family, etc.). Dental ranges from $23-80, again depending on who is enrolled. Assorted other benefits (life insurance, etc.) are available. 401(k) - RDI matches 50% of the employee contribution up to an employee contribution of 6% (i.e. the max RDI contribution is 3%). Holidays - 7 paid per year Time off - There is no separation between vacation and sick leave. New full time employees earn 15 days per year. Management is supportive of taking real time off, disconnected from work. RDI also has a generous Leave Without Pay program.
