I love that this firm's entire mission is to only take on projects they feel are creating positive social impact! - The onboarding process has been simple and easy. The work is easy to pick up if you have worked in consulting or project management roles in the past. - The staff really care about there work and want to help make society a better place. Almost everyone has a background in public health and social work and wants to apply their knowledge to help the organizations and agencies that directly work with communities in need. - Starting pay is competitive with some of the larger consulting firms

- More time for sponsored training opportunities. - The time it takes to keep track of billable hours can be bothersome, but it's the nature of working at a smaller consulting firm. - More defined processes and procedures to streamline how clients are helped. - More powerpoint deck templates and timesavers for building presentations/reports.
