Resource has a number of high-level clients with long-term relationships. This strategic alliance with their clients allows them a lot of flexibility to go beyond the normal agency work and bring reality-changing ideas to their customers. I don't have a whole lot of cons other than all the opportunities that are available mean employees have to work hard to learn. If a person is not a hard worker or hungry to learn, than this isn't a good place for you.
