They will give you an opportunity to try and build yourself up internally, They have a few fun events that you can attend. Only a few good people internally who actually care and makes it a bit more enjoyable to work here. Nothing else.

The training consists of being tossed right into the fire cold calling, technology and resources used to recruit new talent makes it almost impossible to perform well within the role and the standard they hold you too. They expect you to hit numbers that are nearly impossible to meet due to the lack of resources. There resources consists of people who can tell you about their success story’s , that’s it. I’ve never met so many new coworkers in a role due to people leaving all the time very high turn over rate. There is 0 work life balance as work can affect your weekends. The job consists a lot of “back scratch”. Terrible benefits no 401k. They will reward those who will luckily pull off the job but don’t expect it anytime soon since it’s a small company of 35 people. Not something I’m looking to do with my career. Not a rewarding feeling. Would not recommend.
