None, everybody is happy to get a job. But, with Resource MFG in the long run you will be disappointed, and wasting your time.

I applied at Select Staffing first than for some reason they switched over to Resource MFG. During that transaction I was in a company for a one year and 5 months. When I asked to be a full time employee in that company. They ended up screwing me saying that I had to do another 6 months with Resource MFG. Than when I ask that I no long wanted to work there, Resource MFG never called me anymore. Resource MFG blocks a person from getting another job. My weekly checks were delayed, and sometimes my pay didn't match my weekly hours. Especially, when I worked overtime. They are not to be trusted. After all they took $4.00 per every hour I worked for them. More likely when your 6 months is up, and you start asking for company time. The company will tell you that you are no longer needed, and Resource MFG will find you a less paying job then the one you had. The Chicago branch are a bunch of SCUMBAGS! Time to call the Department of Labor on these SCUMBAGS.
