1. This consultancy seems like a scam. 2. Even after working for 10 months here, not one of my candidates have got selected for a job. 3. There is no minimum wage. 4. You have to invest your time and energy for zero salary. 5. You get a meagre commission (1.5 of the annual CTC of the joiner), whereas the consultancy founder gets 10%. 6. You don't get any commission for the candidate profile submission. 7. The mentors keep pressurizing the employees (contract) for more and more submissions, even though the conversion rate is poor. 8. No peace of mind. 9. It seems like the consultancy is doing a sham with their customers/clients as well.

1. You can choose your own 6 to 8 hours in a day to work with. 2. Empowers female workers a lot and ubderstabds their situation 3. Loads of new opportunities in our hand to work with where one can learn enormously.
