Engineers are insightful and interning under them can reap valuable experience. Young professionals may get a number of opportunities to be published in poster presentations and/or scientific journals. In general, coworkers are nice and atmosphere is very friendly.
Svantaggi
Very poorly managed and CEO is extremely unprofessional. A lot of knowledge is acquired on your own time. You may as well deliver pizzas and grab a book. You'll get paid just as much and probably learn a lot more.
