The good things -As from non-telco background, you can gain new experience on how telco industry works -Workload is manageable

The downside -Salary and discipline are treated vary according to race -Senior is not helpful, most work are hands on -Unfair treatment at the workplace -Not recommended workplace environment as they want to see your face from 9am to 6pm in the office -No office celebration/entertainment, no food or drinks (only water dispenser) at pantry -Ramadhan working hour 8:30am until 5:00pm -Not much room to grow -Never trust anything they promised during an interview -If you got an offer, don't walk run bestie!!!

The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employees. The staff was well trained in what needed to be done at times did not follow the directions.

Too much drama in office.
