Interesting tech, poor planning - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Resson Aerospace

I started with the team during a large growth phase. Being a startup, there was a lot of growing pains and issues with the company. However, they were very quick to adapt and tackle problems without being caught in the thick of things. The work environment and culture at the company was very light and easy going. The management staff also worked hard to give us what we needed and support us.

I had several issues with the company that can be boiled down to proper planning and execution. Minimal planning is done for remote field ops. This caused some shortcomings with work in the field.

Amazing product. Highly skilled, collaborative coworkers.

The sales, at the time, were non-existent, due to product definition and immature algorithms. But product could also have been defined differently. And there are more than one possible customer in agriculture. That one customer was also an investor and that just seemed to mess things up, not allowing us to sell to anyone. It's basically not a company at that point, but an unfunded branch. Not really a place to grow in.
