Supportive team and management, but poor kitchen design - Recensione dipendente - Cook presso Restaurant Associates

The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
