Pay is mediocre unless you're in sales.
Lack of advancement opportunities
The push to go public has ruined this company. Teams are being eliminated and workloads are ramping dramatically while pay stays stagnant.
The return to office is asking some employees for 5+ hours in commuting time with 0 compensation.
