A lot of different brands within parent company. Possibility to move to other brand and get promoted. One of the biggest employer in Finland. Staff benefits are quite great.

Overall business outlook has gone down since COVID and hasn't recovered. Some brands has quite strict Finnish speaking policy, so not easy to get through without fluent language knowledge.
