No healthcare background managers & upper management Non healthcare backgrounds calling shots about RN's schedule & ability to service a multitude of clients while answering phone calls, walk ins, etc. Went from guarantee commission to only commission if medical services department would make goals. No room for growth No room for pay increase poor pay for experienced nurses lead RN is not worth the $1 extra an hour
