Salaries range on the higher side but only because it is combat pay. Restorsea pays high because you'll be treated so low at this company.

There are no words to describe how awful the CEO/Founder of this company is. She has zero respect for her employees, vendors, and contractors. She will scream and verbally abuse someone in front of other employees with no concern for how it effects anyone. There is no work/life balance and you will be miserable. Do not work apply to work here.

- For the sake of Patti Pao not coming after me, I’m not going to give much information about myself. However, I feel the need to write this to give fair warning to ANYONE looking to work here. It is an INSANELY HOSTILE environment, solely because of the CEO, Patti. She would flip out without warning (cue the hair pulling and crazy eyes), and then 5 minutes later try to act like your best friend. - There is ZERO corporate structure, and she will probably fire you, or you'll be so miserable you'll quit... - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
