Our HR team works to partner with the business and our executive leadership at all levels of the organization. If you’ve experienced any situation with sexism, gaslighting or abuse we take that extremely seriously and we strongly urge you to get in touch with our HR department so that we can discuss further.
Our compensation policies are fair and just, and do not discriminate against anyone, regardless of gender or ethnicity. We promote as often as possible internally, and focus on developing our front line employees and managers through our LMS, DEIB training, and career development.
