Had seen through bad colleagues who take advantage of a kind and generous boss and management. They come in anytime they like. Don't produce results. Waste company's money. And make good colleagues do their work. They click like as though they are in school. This is the real world. Grow up!

Very unhealthy working environment. CEO (solo management) is a tyrant and a very narcissistic individual who tries too hard to impress everyone around her. As a result, her employees suffer to meet her unreasonable, micromanaging demands. She fails in making firm decisions, resulting in busy work throughout the day that ends up getting changed a million times. Work never stops, not even for sleep, whereby work chats continue to beep into the wee hours. You are made to feel guilty for taking your rightful days off or even sick leave. You will also learn that your job scope will expand beyond your skills and what's agreed upon in your contract. Worst of all, you are not compensated nearly enough for the amount of effort and soul you put into the job.
