RCS has been one of the best places to work for. Everyone from top to bottom was always welcoming and would be readily available to answer any questions. The RCS leadership team cared about their employees and wanted to see them grow to their full potential. RCS was a team environment; where members would share their experiences to help you grow and better understand your role and how you can benefit the customer.

The industry is constantly evolving at times it can be hard to keep up with the changing trends. However, the sales manager does a good job of keeping everyone updated.
Service manager is a good boss. He wants told me it’s a good job but the company sucks. He was right. The pay is terrible, the company is mismanaged from the top down. I was never on board with lying to customers to gouge
them on stuff they did not even need.

The pay was never sufficient even with overtime. By improving management the company would become more efficient and therefore be able to provide better service support and painful he’s better. But that’s not how they do it
