Micromanagement from the CEO: The CEO seems to have an insatiable need to micromanage every aspect of the company. This level of control stifles innovation and creativity among employees. It's as if he doesn't trust anyone to do their job without constant interference. Belittling and Condescending HR: The HR department at Retail-FCL is shockingly unprofessional. They have a knack for belittling and condescending employees, making it difficult for anyone to feel valued or respected within the organization. Their dismissive attitude towards legitimate concerns is disheartening. Poor Treatment of Employees: Retail-FCL's treatment of its employees is abysmal.
