Working at retailcomm is a joy! I've been blessed to work here for a while now, and it's been amazing to see how leadership is taking our ideas and implementing them. They've really worked on adding perks to improve our work-life balance. We already had the ability to bring dogs to work and work-from-home for most roles, but this year, they also initiated flex-time. It's been a game-changer in all the best ways!
You can tell that the leadership is always looking for ways to improve work-life balance. Things can get busy and stressful when there are tight deadlines, but working here really is work hard and play hard! We've had some super fun happy hours, lots of breakfasts and lunches provided by retailcomm, and a TALENT SHOW! To say it was awesome is an understatement!

There are some incredibly busy times in the industry of experiential, and it can be stressful. However, if you've got grit and determination to do your job well, you can get through it.
Since the company is still growing, each member of the team is really vital to its success. It's not the company for someone who wants to take a backseat on the team.
