A Company for non growth loving employees - Recensione dipendente - Executive presso RetailEZ

This company is completely biased with few employees, you will see different behaviour for different employees , extremely biased and shows favouritism. If you are very close to GM & other VPs even if you have no talent this company is for you but hardworking employees get nothing. No growth almost no annual salary hike , they give 6-8% hike to everyone which is nothing. Senior management team is young and no team leading skills during tough time HR show finger to manager and managers refer you to HR and no one has solutions. HR team is pathetic and extremely biased.
