You can advance quickly through good performance. Definitely a meritocracy - hierarchy doesn't really matter. A good place to learn very valuable skills or to grow a career.

Limited amount of official training, so much of learning is done on the job. Still has a start up feel at times, so things can occasionally be disorganized. Not the place for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do all day.

The best thing and the worst thing is the size but that is what you get when you work for a new company, still I think that RNG is a great company and I can't see myself leaving for a competitor any time soon.
